We offer complimentary worldwide shipping, with no minimum order value and no shipping coupon required. Review your delivery address and the shipping line in your order summary before placing your order. Product prices and the currency shown at checkout apply to your purchase.
Before you place an order
Check the model, reference and selected product details carefully. Enter the full recipient name, delivery address, postcode where applicable, checkout email and a contact phone number. A complete address helps the store and delivery provider identify the correct destination. If your destination has special access or address requirements, contact our team before ordering.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
For the current dispatch estimate and expected delivery time for a particular model and destination, contact our team before purchasing. Dispatch is the point at which a parcel is handed to the delivery provider; delivery is its arrival at the destination. These are separate stages. Do not rely on a required arrival date until the store has confirmed it for your order.
Follow your delivery
Keep your order number and the email address entered at checkout. Use both on Track your order to view the order information associated with your purchase. Carrier and tracking details appear once shipment information has been recorded. An order may have more than one package, and each package can have its own tracking details. An order confirmation is not itself proof that a parcel has been dispatched.
Address changes and delivery instructions
If you notice an address error, contact our team promptly with your order number and the corrected details. Ask the team to confirm whether a change is still possible. Once a parcel is with the delivery provider, changes may depend on that provider and the stage of delivery. Do not send a second order to correct an address on an existing purchase.
Customs and destination requirements
Complimentary shipping refers to the store’s delivery charge. It does not by itself confirm how customs duties, import taxes or destination-specific charges are handled. If these charges or import requirements affect your decision, ask the store to confirm the arrangements for your destination before ordering. Keep any customs or carrier notice you receive so the team can review it with you.
If a parcel needs attention
If tracking has not appeared, a parcel seems delayed, or delivery is marked complete but you cannot find it, check the delivery details and contact our team with your order number and the latest tracking information. For damage to packaging or an item, keep the packaging and take clear photographs. These details help the store review the delivery with the relevant provider.
