A few details about paying for your order.
Review your total first
Before paying, check the product, quantity, currency, delivery address and final order total. The currency is shown with the price and at checkout. Complimentary delivery applies where the free-shipping option is displayed. If an amount or charge is unclear, contact our team before submitting your payment.
Choose an available payment method
The payment methods actually available for your transaction are the options displayed at checkout. Availability can depend on the provider, destination and transaction. Brand icons elsewhere on the site identify the store’s stated payment options; they do not guarantee that every method is available for every order. If checkout reports that a method is unavailable, ask the team for help before proceeding.
Use the store checkout
Complete a purchase through the checkout reached from your shopping bag on watch688.cloud. Follow any payment-provider instructions shown during that process. Never send a full card number, security code, account password or one-time verification code through website chat, WhatsApp or a contact form. The support team does not need these details to look up your order.
If a payment is interrupted
A page closing, an interrupted connection or a bank notification can make a payment’s status unclear. Check the order information available to you and contact our team with the order number, approximate payment time and the status shown by your provider. Check whether an existing attempt completed before trying again, to help avoid duplicate transactions.
Bank charges and currency conversion
Your card issuer, bank or payment provider may apply its own charges or currency conversion. Ask that provider about any amount appearing separately from the store’s order total. Do not assume that an exchange rate shown by a third party is the rate that will be applied to your transaction.
Order and payment enquiries
Keep your order number and checkout email for support. A payment authorisation, a completed payment and the dispatch of a parcel are different stages. For a refund enquiry, read the returns and refunds information and ask the store to confirm the arrangements for your order.
